How are my payment’s handled?
All transactions are processed by PayPal, so your credit card information is safe and never stored. You can either log in to your PayPal account (if you have one) or enter your credit card info. There’s no need to create a PayPal account if you do not want one.

What shipping company do you use?
We use regular mail to ship your order. For Europe, we use priority mail and outside of Europe economy mail. All items in your order are shipped in separate envelopes so you should get them directly to your home.

Where do you ship from? Do I have to pay customs and additional taxes?
We ship from Helsinki, Finland. If you live in the European Union, there are no customs. If you live outside of European Union, you may have to pay customs and additional taxes depending on the total value of your order. However, your order is tax free and you’ll save about 18%. Always, check the situation with your local customs office. NB! It is the customer’s responsibility to pay additional customs and taxes.
